What is a good program, freeware with no spyware that is able to play .amr files?
Other than real or quicktime.
i’ve tried format factory and free dvd creator v2 but neither of them works- format fatcory converted vob files can’t play on my dvd player and dvd creator v 2 says converting process abandoned with error (5)
please help?
Format Factory is what you need. It converts files to so many different formats so easily that you’d expect it not to be a freeware. Definitely worth a try.
Format Factory
Any video converter is an excellent converter. It hasn’t failed me yet, even with strange obscure formats. It won’t burn to dvd though, so if you have something that will, just covert the file, and then burn it. You’ll be laughing (if watching a comedy) in no time.

Sounds like you should try a software that you can find on my blog.
If there’s a problem write a comment there in my blog…….
Hi.
You can use the free program that probably came with your computer, Windows DVD Maker. If you can’t find it in the start menu then go to C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\DVDMaker.exe.
