What kind of printer are you using? if it’s a modern one with any kind of network interface, try browsing into it using a web browser. Or run a test page on it (check the manual). Many printers store this information internally, usually a total number of pages printed.

Let the setup files load
Press F10 key to get to Recovery Console
Choose DOS Prompt
type fixmbr and hit enter
reboot to hard drive and see if it worked
if not go back and use FIXBOOT to rewrite the whole boot sector

If you have a printer to print the banner then you should have software for it. I have run such large banners but did it with normal size 8×10 blank printer paper using windows paint. But it required allot of cutting, taping and fitting to complete the banner.
You are able to keep increasing the size of any image with paint.

Format Factory is what you need. It converts files to so many different formats so easily that you’d expect it not to be a freeware. Definitely worth a try.
